PRODUCTION OPERATOR (m/f)

Responsibilities
- Perform production activities (such as drying, trimming, packaging and related operations).
- Operate production equipment according to approved procedures.
- Strictly comply with GMP, quality, safety and hygiene standards.
- Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Clean and sanitize production rooms, utensils and equipment.
- Accurately complete production documentation and records.
- Perform daily verification of room conditions (temperature, humidity, equipment).
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production plans.
- Identify and report deviations or operational issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in an industrial chemical production environment (preferred).
- Knowledge of GMP and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient manufacturing (valued).
- Good understanding of health and safety industry standards.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow strict procedures.
- Teamwork skills.
- Organized and disciplined work approach.
- Basic computer skills.
