  • Coordinate with global suppliers, customs agents, distributors, health authorities, and regulatory bodies to guarantee smooth, compliant import processes.
  • Maintain meticulous records of imports, license applications, and required documentation, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to authorities.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies for secure, timely delivery of cannabis products to licensed warehouses and distribution hubs.
  • Oversee product registrations, import documentation, and ensure batch traceability in alignment with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and cannabis-specific protocols.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment cycles to meet dynamic market demands while ensuring product integrity.
  • Stay ahead of evolving UK cannabis legislation, compliance requirements, and international trade regulations.

  • Continuously analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
  • Implement best practices for inventory management, secure transport, and order fulfillment specific to controlled substances.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams to align logistics strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Produce comprehensive logistics and import performance reports, delivering actionable insights and operational KPIs to senior management.
  • Leverage data analytics for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and route planning.
