Artwork Specialist
Role
As an Artwork Specialist you will manage and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all packaging materials (labels, leaflets, cartons, etc.) across SOMAÍ’s international portfolio. This role supports regulatory, marketing, and commercial needs through cross-functional collaboration, data maintenance, and documentation in a GMP-regulated environment.
The role is based in Rio de Mouro, Lisbon.

Responsibilities
- Management of artworks for marketing, regulatory and technical changes affecting printed packaging materials (e.g., labels, leaflets, boxes, foils etc.) for SOMAÍ Group portfolio in the different countries;
- Diligent check of the correctness/compliance of the created artworks in multilingual files;
- Proper archive and diligent share of final approved master artworks with the respective business functions;
- Maintenance of packaging material master data and bill of materials in the relevant systems;
- Cross functional collaboration to ensure the timely delivery of quality artwork in an international environment (across regions);
- Monitor implementation of label changes for SOMAÍ products, according to regulatory or commercial timelines;
- Support new business integrations with strategy and planning concerning artworks;
- Creation, maintenance and archiving of standard operating procedures (SOP), packaging documentation and GMP-relevant documents.
Requirements
- High school degree or graduation in life sciences;
- Minimum 2 years experience in pharmaceutical industry areas such as Regulatory Affairs, Supply, Quality, Production; Marketing
- Previous experience in Artworks
- Good verbal and written English and Portuguese
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (preferred);
- Good knowledge of regulatory terminology and labeling guidelines;
- Basic knowledge of GMP regulations and guidelines;
- Ability to work in a team setting into a Global environment;

- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication and negotiation with internal stakeholders and with external Service Providers, in a global environment.
